About The Position
The R&D Lab Technician I will work individually and alongside others to support our flavor development team. This role will assist in daily lab operations, focusing on sample preparation, routine testing under direct supervision, and developing skills in the laboratory.

- Strong communication and time management skills
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s degree in a science-related field
- Laboratory or manufacturing experience in a food production environment
Responsibilities
- Compound flavor samples in accordance with sample requests
- Prepare and organize lab materials, tools, and equipment
- Conduct basic lab tests and procedures, including density, refractive index, and flashpoint measurements
- Accurately record quality control data and maintain lab logs
- Support lab cleanliness and inventory management
- Use ERP to adjust inventory for accuracy
- Additional duties as assigned
