Maintains testing equipment, documents results, and partners with engineers and senior technicians to support product development and performance validation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of related technical or laboratory experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform established golf ball test methods independently and accurately.
- Maintain working knowledge of all standard test procedures.
- Utilize required software tools (Excel, Minitab, and other testing systems) for data entry and basic analysis.
- Perform preventative maintenance and calibration on most assigned equipment.
- Identify equipment or test abnormalities and escalate when necessary.
- Produce accurate, well-documented test data in accordance with project timelines.
- Maintain strong attention to detail to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.
- Keep laboratory and testing environments clean, organized, and audit ready.
- Operate with general supervision on routine assignments.
- Manage daily workload effectively and balance multiple test activities.
- Follow established processes and safety standards consistently.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn new tests and equipment.
- Seek opportunities to improve safety, accuracy, and efficiency within existing procedures.
- Proactively request additional work when daily assignments are complete.
- Collaborate with technicians and engineers to ensure test schedules are met.
- Maintain a positive, cooperative team presence.
