About The Position

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of R&D customer projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery. Support the Business Development team by translating technical capabilities, liaise with the edible nutritional and vitamin-based Marketing and Production teams. Help to improve company offerings in edible nutritional and vitamin-based products through analysis and suggestion. Support Business Development in this area at industry trade shows and conferences. Represent the full range of Manufacturing and Quality capabilities in edible nutritional and vitamin-based products to customers in the Americas including formulation and design. Work with Global Marketing and Production teams to amplify the company offerings in edible nutritional and vitamin-based products. Attend all trade shows/expos and conferences to represent Sirio and confer with prospects and customers in edible nutritional and vitamin-based products. Provide industry intelligence to assist the company to improve product offerings and services for the Americas region in edible nutritional and vitamin-based products. 25% of time domestic and international travel for trade shows, expos, customer visits, and cross-regional coordination with global teams.

Requirements

  • Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Food Marketing, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • One (1) year of experience in the job offered or related occupation in the Dietary Supplements industry.
  • One (1) year of experience with Technical Business Development.
  • One (1) year of experience optimizing formulas and processes for improved product performance.
  • One (1) year of experience working with cross-functional teams to resolve process, formulation, and product issues.
  • One (1) year of experience managing end-to-end R&D customer projects, including planning, tracking, and delivery.
  • One (1) year of experience analyzing technical project data to identify process improvements and support decision-making.
  • One (1) year of experience representing technical product capabilities to customers, including at trade shows/expos within the dietary supplements industry.
  • One (1) year of experience liaising with manufacturing and quality teams to support commercialization of edible nutritional and vitamin-based products.
  • One (1) year of experience providing competitive or industry intelligence to support product development and market positioning.
