About The Position

Boston Scientific is hiring an R&D Tech to assist in managing a laboratory containing Windows computer medical devices under test and test equipment. The role supports internal customers and engineering teams with laboratory equipment needs. It is onsite at a local office five days per week, with scheduled hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Relocation assistance and employment visa sponsorship are not available for this position.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience with a high school diploma and/or equivalent experience, training, or apprenticeships.
• Experience following work instructions and standard operating procedures to manage equipment in a lab environment.
• Experience troubleshooting electronics using oscilloscopes, multimeters, or similar equipment.
• Experience supporting engineering teams with their lab and equipment needs.
• Experience using Microsoft Windows.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to enable effective teamwork across functions.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with CAD tools and 3D printing.
