Requirements

  • Ability to work in a Cleanroom environment (gown and hood)
  • Experience with a microscope
  • Strong PC & MS Office skills
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Interested in rapid skill development and progressively increased responsibility
  • Excellent communication
  • Strong logistical skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-disciplined cross-departmental environment
  • Available to work night shift
  • Available to train on swing shift until transition to night shift

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with test equipment (Network Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes, Spectrum Analyzers, Power Supplies and Power Meters)
  • Experience with Integrated Circuit wafer (fabrication and handling)
  • Technical experience (Electronics testing, troubleshooting, etc.)
  • AS or Certificate in Electronics Technology

Responsibilities

  • Conduct both DC and RF testing using sophisticated automated systems, working with a diverse range of RF circuits within our high-variety manufacturing environment.
  • Setting up and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
  • Conducting product tests.
  • Troubleshooting.
  • Engaging in technical analysis and problem-solving.
  • Executing tests, experiments, and troubleshooting related to various components, parts, products, or entire processes/systems.
  • Offering crucial technical support in both electronic and mechanical operations, contributing to tests, experiments, and resolving issues tied to components, parts, products, or processes/systems.
  • Focus on technical manufacturing assignments with clear objectives, demanding strong logistical capabilities.
  • Collaborate closely with engineers, providing necessary assistance to address product/process challenges that require a solid technical foundation.
