The scope and complexity of your projects will be based on your existing knowledge and capabilities as well as how fast you can acquire new skills. You will be working on projects as a member of a team that gathers requirements, analyzes, designs, prototypes, develops and tests software, firmware and applications that will go into current and future Vector Network Analyzer products. You will be working with other engineers to gather customer requirements to create a complete solution. Our team is very competent, highly motivated, friendly, and eager to help you succeed. The team has a mix of new and experienced developers with a broad range of skills.

Requirements

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other engineering discipline
  • Working knowledge in building, testing, and debugging software
  • The ability to work in a team, with multiple customers/partners and across geographic boundaries
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design
  • Working knowledge of C++
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Team Foundation, or Git source control
  • Embedded system programming experience

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, test, and document new software solutions for electronic test and measurement products; meet schedule and scope needs of the project
  • Review and understand customer requirements
  • Write regression system tests for software
  • Participate in design and code reviews
