About The Position

Join Indovinya's R&D team and lead innovation projects focused on coatings and industrial applications. This role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to drive new product development and business growth.

Requirements

Industrial R&D and product development experience.
Project management and execution in innovation environments.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
Fluent English.
Research and development methodologies.
Experimental design and data analysis.
Project planning and technical reporting.

Nice To Haves

Background in coatings, paints, specialty chemicals or related industries.
Customer-facing experience.
Proven ability to lead projects autonomously and influence technical decisions.
Technical knowledge in the field of Coatings and/or Industrial application chemicals, with awareness of current market trends and latest developments in the area of polymers, surfactants, formulation and process additives.
Market application specific knowledge required in such areas as paints & coatings, construction chemicals, textiles and non-woven treatment.
