About The Position

Join Indovinya's R&D team to lead innovation projects focused on coatings and industrial applications. The role combines scientific expertise, project leadership, customer interaction, and cross-functional collaboration to support new product development and business growth. The division is a global leader in the chemical industry, serving markets including Crop Solutions, Home and Personal Care, Coatings, Energy & Resources, and Performance Products.

Requirements

Industrial R&D and product development experience.
Project management and execution experience in innovation environments.
Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and customers.
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or a related technical field.
Fluent English.
Knowledge of research and development methodologies, experimental design and data analysis, project planning, and technical reporting.

Nice To Haves

Background in coatings, paints, specialty chemicals, or related industries.
M.S. or Ph.D. in a related technical field.
Customer-facing experience and proven ability to lead projects autonomously and influence technical decisions.
Technical knowledge of coatings and/or industrial application chemicals, including awareness of market trends and developments in polymers, surfactants, formulation, and process additives.
Market application-specific knowledge in paints and coatings, construction chemicals, textiles, and non-woven treatment.
