About The Position

Leads and executes complex, multi‑disciplinary projects independently, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, budgets, and resource constraints. Manages project components within larger end‑to‑end initiatives to deliver critical milestones and outcomes. Drive continuous improvement and innovation by identifying opportunities, resolving complex issues creatively, and applying sound judgment in selecting methods and solutions. Operates with limited supervision while initiating change and advancing discipline‑specific improvements. Apply advanced project management expertise by utilizing established methodologies, organizational processes, and planning techniques to estimate resources, timelines, and risks effectively. Maintains strong working knowledge of PMBOK, SAFe, and end‑to‑end operational frameworks. Fosters strong collaboration and team effectiveness by building inclusive environments that motivate diverse contributors, encourage knowledge sharing, and support effective delegation. Ensures clear communication, alignment, and stakeholder engagement across all phases of project execution. Delivers measurable business impact through customer‑centric project outcomes that address needs, incorporate feedback, and generate tangible organizational benefits. Documents best practices, lessons learned, and project knowledge to support scalability, knowledge transfer, and continuous organizational learning.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management within the field of Engineering.
  • End‑to‑end project scoping and timeline management, defining clear deliverables, and milestones, and proactively managing risks.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Business or Project Management.
  • Excellent communicator and have the ability to work cross-functionally to drive projects to completion in a timely manner.

Nice To Haves

  • R&D Engineering is preferred.
  • Knowledge or exposure of Smartsheet and Power BI is a plus.
  • Medical devices or regulated industry experience highly preferred.
  • PMP Certification – a plus.
