About The Position

Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Research and Development Project Integrator Intern to support the Scientific and Technical Intelligence Group. The selected candidate will work closely with the Operation Manager and Program Managers, attending meetings, tracking technical, programmatic, and schedule goals, and coordinating actions across multiple projects. This role is highly collaborative and will require close daily interaction with leadership, program managers, engineers, and support staff to develop Directed Energy technologies.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree with a minimum GPA of 3.4 (Please include GPA on your resume to be considered for the position)
• Strong organizational, time management, and task management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent efforts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

• Demonstrated experience in project or program management, preferably in an R&D or engineering environment.
• Experience supporting senior technical leaders or program managers.
• Knowledge of project management tools and processes (e.g., MS Project, SharePoint, Jira, or similar).
• Active Secret or Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Operation Manager and Program Managers to oversee execution of technical, schedule, and budget objectives across multiple programs.
• Attend and support internal and external meetings, documenting discussions, generating action items, and ensuring closure.
• Identify areas of optimization and implement new solutions for business workflows, reporting, project management, and customer communications
• Manage integrated project schedules, budgets, staffing plans, and risk registers.
• Track progress against technical and programmatic milestones; identify variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Act as a point of contact between technical teams, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives.
