Reporting to the R&D Manager, Project Administrator II is responsible for coordinating and supporting the execution of R&D for new product development and sustaining projects. The role partners across cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance—to maintain project visibility, align priorities, identify risks early, and support the delivery of project commitments. This position is part of the R&D department located in Loveland, Colorado and will be on-site.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Operations, Project Management, or a related field with 3+ years of relevant experience; Associate degree in a technical or business-related field with 5+ years of relevant experience; or High School diploma/equivalent with 7+ years of technical, operational, manufacturing, or project support experience.
  • Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, or workstreams simultaneously.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, collaboration tools, and project tracking or reporting tools.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP, PLM, purchasing, project scheduling, or product lifecycle systems preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintaining project plans, schedules, action items, risks, decisions, budgets, and project documentation.
  • Facilitating project meetings and ensuring actions, decisions, ownership, and due dates are followed through to closure.
  • Supporting project scoping, kickoff, prioritization, and planning to align business objectives and success criteria.
  • Providing timely project status visibility and escalating risks, resource constraints, and competing priorities appropriately.
  • Coordinating work across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, Compliance, and external suppliers.
  • Supporting prototype, pilot, launch, and sustaining activities, including material readiness, purchasing, part creation, BOM management, and engineering changes.
  • Supporting project financial activities, including requisitions, purchase orders, budget tracking, and invoice follow-up.
