Bracco Medical Technologies is seeking intern/co-op candidates to engage in a variety of hands-on projects alongside their R&D team. The Packaging Engineering Co-op will develop, implement, and improve packaging methods, systems, and processes to produce high-quality products that meet design specifications at optimal cost. This role involves determining requirements for sterile and non-sterile medical device packaging, developing packaging configurations, creating process validation protocols (OQ/PQ), conducting packaging design verification activities, and performing shelf-life studies. The co-op will also focus on continuously improving packaging methods, implementing cost savings, identifying sustainable packaging improvements, and assisting in the identification of packaging technologies to enhance current processes and procedures. Additionally, the role requires defining and generating all required documentation for medical device packaging and processes, including engineering protocols and reports, and identifying root causes for failures in sterile barrier packaging with action plans for improvements.
