About The Position

Lead an R&D engineering team responsible for enterprise test solutions, test software, manufacturing automation, and related engineering support. The Operating Manager delivers projects and organizational objectives established by leadership, develops employees, manages resources and priorities, and ensures effective execution across engineering and operations partners. It supports common test architectures, tools, software-development practices, reuse of existing test intellectual property, and adoption of AI-enabled engineering tools and modern software practices where appropriate. The role also ensures adherence to applicable engineering processes, product-development practices, cybersecurity requirements, and regulatory requirements. It helps NPI engineering teams meet secure software requirements and supports secure software development practices, including vulnerability scanning and other required product-security activities.
