About The Position

Castle Biosciences is growing and looking to hire a full-time Medical Writer. This role will play a key part in developing and writing scientific literature that demonstrates the value of Castle Bioscience's products. The Medical Writer will be responsible for writing, submitting, and revising manuscripts, as well as preparing conference materials focused on clinical validation, clinical utility, and scientific reviews. This position requires close collaboration with R&D team members, cross-functional teams within Castle, and external partners to ensure accuracy and quality. The role also involves reviewing, summarizing, and communicating scientific literature, and creating marketing and commercial materials to support customer-facing teams.

Requirements

A Master degree in life sciences or related scientific field.
Demonstrable experience independently writing scientific manuscripts and abstracts.
Demonstrable experience creating posters and short oral presentations.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills.
Legally authorized to work in the United States.
