R&D Medical Writer
About The Position
Castle Biosciences is growing and looking to hire a full-time Medical Writer. This role will play a key part in developing and writing scientific literature that demonstrates the value of Castle Bioscience's products. The position involves writing, submitting, and revising manuscripts, preparing conference materials focused on clinical validation, clinical utility, and scientific reviews. It also includes reviewing, summarizing, and communicating scientific literature, as well as creating marketing and commercial materials to support customer-facing teams. Collaboration with R&D team members, cross-functional teams, and external partners is essential.
Requirements
- Master degree in life sciences or related scientific field
- Demonstrable experience independently writing scientific manuscripts and abstracts
- Demonstrable experience creating posters and short oral presentations
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and oral communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
