As a Laboratory Technologist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by executing hands-on laboratory testing, from sample preparation through data analysis, to support product, process, and manufacturing activities. You will manage multiple testing projects simultaneously by prioritizing tasks, coordinating schedules, and meeting project timelines with minimal supervision. You will work closely with engineers, scientists, and technicians to support development, quality, and technical service efforts. You will develop and implement new test methods, fixtures, and protocols as customer and program requirements evolve. You will document experimental work, test results, and observations in technical notebooks, electronic systems, and reports. You will troubleshoot laboratory equipment and test methods, recommending improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. You will follow laboratory safety, health, and environmental procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
