The Laboratory Technician will be responsible for assisting R&D lab personnel in formulation, equipment/instrument cleaning, maintenance and calibration, stability testing and data reporting, test and product submissions, filling products, and maintenance of the lab and lab supplies. This role requires a minimum of 2-3 years of bench experience in the cosmetics and personal care field and a minimum AA degree in a Science field. The ideal candidate is an innovative multi-tasker who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, is adaptable to changing tasks and responsibilities, and fosters knowledge exchange to drive productivity and teamwork. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, self-motivation, creativity, outstanding English communication skills, organization, and attention to detail are essential. The ability to lift up to a 5-gallon pail of products or raw materials and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are also required.
