About The Position

Support the Owensboro R&D Analytical Laboratory by translating business needs into technical solutions, including design, deployment, maintenance, and support of laboratory IT systems. Serve as the primary IT facilitator for laboratory platforms, including LabVantage LIMS, Agilent CDS/ECM, Chromeleon Enterprise System, SmartVue, EMS, Mettler EasyDirect, OMNIS, and Skala. Support implementation of new laboratory systems, digital initiatives, and AI-enabled technologies. Gather and analyze business and technical requirements and define project scope, deliverables, and process improvements. Deploy and localize global IT solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues while supporting daily laboratory operations. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, GxP requirements, and regulatory expectations. Perform routine laboratory test analyses as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of IT service management experience in a laboratory or manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working for a multinational organization.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

  • Pharmaceutical and/or medical device manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GAMP, and Computer System Validation (CSV) preferred.
