About The Position

The Research & Development Intern, under the direction of various site-specific staff and management, is assigned to short term R&D projects, conducting experiments and performing testing. As an R&D Intern, you will work alongside the direction of various site-specific staff and management, and will assigne to short term R&D projects, conducting experiments and performing testing and gain firsthand experience in a world-class dairy manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Currently pursuing a degree in Food Science, Dairy Science, Chemistry, Biology, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Interest in product development, research, and food manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Support product development projects through testing, trials, and data analysis.
Assist in developing and evaluating dairy products to meet quality and performance objectives.
Collect, document, and communicate research findings with cross-functional teams.
Contribute to product innovation and process improvement initiatives.
Gain exposure to dairy industry trends, regulations, and product development best practices.
Present project results and key learnings at the end of the internship.
