About The Position
Valeo is a global tech company focused on reinventing mobility through innovative solutions for greener, safer, and smarter transportation. As a Thermal R&D Co-Op, you will support R&D engineers in the design, development, and testing of new automotive components and systems. This role offers a dynamic, hands-on learning environment with opportunities to contribute to special problem-solving projects that impact the company and customers. The position is for a Section B Co-Op available to start in July 2026.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on new technologies, materials, and processes.
- Support the preparation of technical documentation, reports, and presentations.
- Participate in laboratory experiments, data collection, and analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
