Requirements

BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience
Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
Strong analytical problem solving skills
Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

Experience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred.
Exposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of cutting-edge new network test platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources.
Become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations.
Contribute to all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release.
Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products.
Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing.
Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships.
Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields.
Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.
