Requirements

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years relevant experience
  • Strong skills and experience in people-management and development
  • Experience with the design, development, and productization of computer networking equipment
  • Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity concepts and practices
  • Experience with high performance processors and embedded platforms
  • Knowledge of PCB Stackups and understanding of materials
  • Strong analytical problem solving skills
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in leading and managing projects from cradle to grave, scoping, risk mitigation, and resource conflict management preferred.
  • Exposure to EMC, Safety and general compliance requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and development of cutting-edge new network test platforms - platforms combining high-speed networking with compute and FPGA resources.
  • Become a member of a well-respected and dynamic team and help lead the product direction for future product generations.
  • Contribute to all phases of hardware development from architecture through to production release.
  • Lead a diverse team of HW, SW, FPGA, mechanical, and ECAD resources towards release of new products.
  • Participate in a cross-functional team environment including PM, RTL, Software, compliance, and manufacturing.
  • Assist in the management and development of OEM relationships.
  • Support sustaining efforts and implement changes to improve yields.
  • Drive projects and coordinate schedules, communication, tasks, and mitigate issues as they arise for multiple projects.
