About The Position

This position is accountable for managing the timely development of new and/or improved products/processes in support of business goals and objectives, meeting or exceeding the agreed upon completion dates, and the timely resolution of internal and external technical problems. Presentations will routinely be made to marketing, sales, technical, and manufacturing organizations. This position is also accountable for the prioritization of overall formula improvements for the Light Industrial Maintenance (Light IM) group. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
