R&D- Group Leader
About The Position
This role is on the PCG-R&D Commercialization & Engineering team and leads a team of engineers. The Group Leader is responsible for overseeing maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives that support business operations. This role requires a working knowledge of scientific principles, products, and manufacturing or engineering processes. The position involves regular interaction with employees across the organization and access to confidential, proprietary, and other sensitive business information, which may occur with varying levels of supervision. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
