Requirements

Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD), finite element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools (e.g., ANSYS).
Understanding of subsurface mechanics, drilling operations, fluid dynamics, or production optimization.
Strong analytical problem-solving, technical report writing, and teamwork.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
10+ years of engineering experience, with a strong focus on research, testing, or product design.

Responsibilities

Research and develop new tools for Oil & Gas industry.
Build and test experimental prototypes for durability under extreme pressure, temperature, and corrosive environments.
Analyze data from lab tests, field trials, and computer simulations to refine product performance.
Investigate advanced materials and coatings to extend equipment lifespan and reduce failure rates.
Ensure all new designs and processes comply with strict environmental regulations and industry safety standards (e.g., API, ISO).
Work with reservoir engineers, field operators, and product management teams to transition concepts to field applications.
