About The Position

This position is responsible for the scale-up of new products at the plant and functions as the connection between R&D, Commercialization Engineering, and plant personnel. This role uses project management to implement new equipment and upgrade/maintain existing equipment, as well as process engineering principles to improve scale-up efficiency in both quality and lead-time to the customer. Job duties include contact with other employees and access to confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation, and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and business relationships.
