The work model for the role is onsite. You will be mainly accountable for: Completing a rotational program with the ABB Electrification business, rotating across R&D teams, with potential to rotate through a related function. Contributing to pioneering R&D efforts by developing and testing new engineering solutions, gaining hands-on experience with innovative technologies and advancing ABB’s research objectives. Participating in formal training to develop technical, functional, professional and leadership skills in preparation for future roles. Delivering the assigned tasks/projects within the assignment period.

Requirements

  • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree engineering program and graduating by June 2026.
  • You are at ease communicating in English.
  • You have valid US work authorization and must not require sponsorship for an employment visa by ABB at any time in the future.

Responsibilities
