Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Extensive background in building advanced analytics reporting
Demonstrated computer literacy including all Microsoft Office products required
Advanced experience with data warehousing, query development, table relationship
Must have demonstrated analytical and math proficiency skills
Must have demonstrated ability to deal effectively in interpersonal relationships
High level of enthusiasm, sense of urgency

Responsibilities

Support reporting needs of various company departments including R&D, processing, packaging, commercialization and design.
Gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, then make recommendations
Work with key stakeholders to develop, manage, and build reporting and dashboard solutions to meet the needs of the business
Training end users on reporting and dashboards
Problem-solving expertise and complex analysis of data to develop business insights
Develop long term analytical and tactical review of processes and reporting.
