This position will collaborate across the business to create analysis and reports for business needs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics from an accredited university AND Five (5) years numeric based experience in finance, market, economics, and/or data analysis.
Requires the ability to communicate in written and spoken English

Nice To Haves

Experience with finance, market, economics, or investment analysis.
Knowledge and experienced in current finance practices and policies
Experience providing data-analysis in support of business decisions
Experience within MedTech, healthcare, life science, or regulated industries.
Professional demeanor, solid business acumen, and client service attitude
Basic Understanding of SAP, Oracle or other related systems
Experience leveraging AI to assist in numeric based analysis and work flows

Responsibilities

Increase business performance through analysis of R&D investments, portfolio decisions, and resource allocation opportunities.
Improve return on R&D investment by evaluating project execution to strategic plans.
Enhance leadership decision making through forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
Support strategic decision making by creating analysis solutions in support of portfolio evaluations.
Develop key performance indicators and collaborate to create solutions that improve organizational visibility and accountability.
Improve business performance through various support opportunities.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
