About The Position
Zedcor Security Solutions is seeking a highly organized, detail‑oriented Quoting Specialist to support both our U.S. and Canadian operations. This in‑office role is responsible for generating accurate and timely quotes in NetSuite based on information provided by the Sales team, assisting with onboarding-related activities, and ensuring all data is properly documented and maintained. The ideal candidate is quick, efficient, responsive, and extremely detail‑oriented, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams. Flexibility is important, as quote requests may occasionally arrive after regular business hours.
Requirements
- Experience with NetSuite or a similar CRM/ERP platform.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work quickly while maintaining precision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Comfortable working in-office Monday–Friday with occasional after-hours flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Receive quote requests from Sales Representatives and create accurate quotes in NetSuite.
- Verify that all information is complete, correct, and aligned with USA and Canada requirements.
- Maintain organized and accurate quote records for data storage and auditing.
- Notify the Onboarding Team of newly created quotes to begin the outreach process.
- Collaborate with Sales, Onboarding, and other internal teams to ensure customer and account information is correct.
- Assist with additional onboarding-related tasks when required.
- Respond to urgent quote requests that may occasionally arrive after business hours.
- Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of sensitive customer information.
