Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience in the manufacturing industry
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in AR/AP collection and resolution
Nice To Haves
- Prior exposure to manufacturing industry processes
- Familiarity with exposure reporting and account reconciliation
Responsibilities
- Track and follow up on accounts receivable/payable for all customers in collaboration with program managers and finance teams
- Assist in payment follow-ups and work with customers to resolve outstanding invoices and disputes
- Coordinate with finance and program management to clear credits and rebills for customers
- Support the resolution of account blocks and contribute to the preparation of exposure reports
- Communicate directly with customers to collect ARs, track past due accounts, and manage dispute resolution
- Collaborate closely with finance, order management, program management, and materials teams
