About The Position

A mid-sized manufacturing firm in South Seattle is seeking a Quote/Billing Coordinator for a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity. This role is 100% onsite from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. with a 30-minute lunch break, Monday through Friday.

High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED) required.
2+ years of experience in billing and estimating.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

Experience with ADP or Oracle software is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries regarding services provided by the company.
Prepare quotes as requested by the customer.
Compute fees and charges, and prepare invoices for billing purposes.
Review customer quote information and prepare quotes utilizing support personnel as required.
Review quote information and create and submit bids to customers within the required time frame.
Itemize costs of services for each service provided.
Compute cost and price estimates for services provided using a wide variety of criteria.
Maintain accurate paperwork and job files to facilitate smooth transitions to other departments.
Prepare and distribute invoices as jobs are completed.
Clarify any questions pertaining to invoices received by the customer.
Respect confidentiality in discussing pricing and other business-related practices.
