Quotation & Estimating Supervisor - Electronics Manufacturing
About The Position
Our client is an established electronics contract manufacturer in Gardena that supports aerospace and defense programs. They are looking for a Quoting & Estimating Supervisor to lead their quote team, sharpen the bidding process, and deliver accurate, competitive bids that bring in new business. This is a direct hire role with strong benefits. The role manages RFQs from start to submission, ensures accurate, profitable costing, coordinates cross-functional bid requirements, reviews bids, supports NPI handoff, and improves quoting processes. This position offers high visibility with Sales, Engineering & Purchasing.
Requirements
- 3 years estimating/quoting experience (EMS preferred)
- 2 years lead/supervisory experience
- Component & manufacturing process knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel, CRM, ERP/MRP
- U.S. citizenship required
