We are looking for a Quick Service Technician to join our team. Our Quick Service Technician keeps customers' vehicles — and their days — moving. You'll handle high-volume maintenance work with speed, accuracy, and a customer-first attitude, serving as a front-line ambassador for our service department.
Requirements
- Basic mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience with automotive maintenance
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification(s) a plus; manufacturer training available
Responsibilities
- Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections
- Replace wiper blades, batteries, cabin and engine air filters, and other quick-service items
- Document inspections and communicate additional service recommendations to advisors
- Work efficiently to meet lane volume targets while maintaining quality and safety standards
- Keep service bays clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Assist with customer check-in and vehicle staging as needed
