About The Position
Kalahari Resorts & Conventions is seeking a Quick Service Restaurant Expo to help ensure every order is accurate, complete, and presented to Kalahari standards before reaching guests. The role coordinates between the kitchen and service team to keep orders moving efficiently and create a fast, seamless, and enjoyable dining experience. As part of the leadership team, the Expo guides, supports, and inspires associates while delivering guest experiences and fostering a collaborative work environment. The position is offered at $14 per hour and may be based at one of the listed Kalahari locations.
Requirements
- Must be organized, have attention to detail, and be a capable multitasker.
- Ability to lead in a friendly manner.
- A positive and energetic attitude.
Nice To Haves
- One year of experience in a high-volume Food & Beverage chain, such as Chipotle, is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Review completed orders for accuracy, quality, presentation, and completeness before they are served to guests.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service associates to ensure orders are prepared and delivered quickly and efficiently.
- Organize and prioritize orders during high-volume service periods to maintain a smooth flow of food from the kitchen to guests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked expo station while following food safety and sanitation standards.
- Communicate order modifications, special requests, and potential delays to appropriate associates.
- Guide, support, and inspire associates while contributing to positive guest interactions and a collaborative work environment.
