About The Position

Secor Subaru is a busy, professional service center that has proudly served New London County for over 40 years. They are looking for a motivated Quick Lube Technician to join their Service Department. This role offers hands-on training, career growth opportunities, and a supportive shop environment, with the potential to grow into a Subaru-certified technician through manufacturer training and continued development.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic automotive knowledge and willingness to learn.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
• Professional appearance and reliable attendance.
• Team player who takes pride in quality workmanship.

Nice To Haves

• Previous automotive, quick lube, vocational school, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks and top-offs, and filter replacements.
• Conduct basic vehicle inspections.
• Perform Subaru multi-point inspections and accurately document findings.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe service bay.
• Properly clock on and off labor operations.
• Complete repair orders clearly and accurately.
• Test drive vehicles when required.
• Follow dealership safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Support the Service Department and contribute to overall shop efficiency.
