About The Position

The primary function of a Quick Lube Technician is to safely provide an excellent service experience for our customers. They must always perform quality services with the utmost honesty and integrity. The wage range for this role is $18.00 - $20.00 per hour. Hourly Wage is just one part of our total rewards package which additionally includes performance bonuses for eligible roles, commissions, and competitive benefits.

Requirements

• Automotive experience or equivalent education preferred.
• Must be self-motivated, have a positive attitude and work well with other team members
• Must have a strong work ethic.
• Must be thorough and take pride in your work.
• A valid driver’s license must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy.
• Work with hands on vehicles, such as changing oil and filters, adding fluids, checking tire pressures as well as inspecting for other necessary work.
• Accurately completes Toyota Multi-Point Inspection Forms on all vehicles.
• Works closely as a team with constant communication.
• Speaks effectively with the customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Reports machinery defects or malfunctions to supervisor
• Ensures the customers’ cars are kept clean.
• Keeps the shop area neat and clean.
• Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Operates all tools in a safe manner.
• Reports any safety issues immediately to management.
