Join our team as a Quick Lube Technician and become a vital part of a high-performing service team dedicated to exceptional vehicle care and customer satisfaction. This position is responsible for completing the routine scheduled maintenance and quality control on all vehicles through the Quick Lube Department. Employee fulfills primary responsibilities through attention to detail, hard work ethic and the ability to complete a variety of services.

Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and a passion for automotive service
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Team player with effective communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks, including bending, kneeling, and standing for extended periods.
A customer-focused approach with the ability to provide excellent service.
Strong attention to detail to ensure all work is performed correctly and safely.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required; we will train the right person!

Responsibilities

Fulfills maintenance needs on each vehicle
Execute multi-point vehicle inspections and tire rotations
Perform oil changes, fluid checks, and filter replacements (oil, air, cabin)
Completing top, middle, and bottom level services in line with dealership and factory standards
Check and adjust tire pressure, lubricate moving vehicle parts
Inspect vehicles for leaks or service issues and making maintenance recommendations based on MPI results
Keep the shop area clean and organized
Maintain accountability for dealership-owned tools and equipment
Participating in all required Toyota and MMT training programs
