About The Position

This is a full-time opportunity for an entry-level Quick Lube Technician at a busy, high-volume automotive dealership. The role is ideal for individuals with previous experience as an Oil Change Technician or those who have recently completed an Automotive Technology program. Pecheles Ford Toyota offers career growth, with opportunities to learn new skills, complete brand training, and advance to flat-rate positions by working with senior technicians and the leadership team.

Requirements

• General automotive knowledge (Ability to change oil, rotate tires, etc.)
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment
• Great work ethic, including excellent attendance and punctuality
• Team player
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Be able to clear pre-employment background check and drug screen
• Valid Driver License
