About The Position

Rhinelander Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lube Customer Assistant to manage the customer experience in the Quick Lane. This role is the first point of contact for customers, requiring knowledge of product offerings, appointment scheduling, and excellent customer service skills. The assistant will greet customers, explain maintenance needs, and ensure a positive impression. Training is provided, and individuals new to the automotive industry are welcome.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee flow of Quick Lube.
  • Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
  • Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression with the customer.
  • Provide support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.
