About The Position

Mullinax Automotive is looking to add Quick Lane Technicians to our multi-store enterprise. We offer competitive pay, incentives, and benefits. This is a full-time position with no slow seasons. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must have experience in heavy Engine repair (Ford or ASE certified is a plus).
OEM or ASE Certifications - Ford / Lincoln certification a plus.
Must provide own tool set.
Basic computer, email, and internet proficiency.
Strong time management skills.
Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
Lifting of heavy items of up to 75 pounds.
Able to withstand exposure to adverse weather conditions, chemicals, odors, dirt and dust.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record according to dealership guidelines.
Must be able to pass background screening and drug test.

Nice To Haves

Ford or ASE certified in heavy Engine repair.
Ford / Lincoln certification.

Responsibilities

Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with manufacturer and dealership policies.
Perform thorough and accurate multi-point inspections.
Provide superior customer satisfaction.
Maintain legible and accurate paperwork for both the customer and our records.
Clean and maintain work environment to ensure equipment longevity and workplace safety.
Computerized transactions/record keeping.
Follow all Company procedures and standards.
