About The Position
Lawrence Ford is looking for a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join our growing service team. If you enjoy working on vehicles, want to build your automotive skills, and are looking for a great team environment, this is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a growing dealership.
Requirements
- Automotive experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass background, MVR, and drug screen
- Must be able to lift 15+ lbs
- Must be able to stoop, bend, squat, lean for extended periods of time
- Must be reliable
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Inspect vehicles and identify recommended maintenance
- Perform basic automotive repairs and services
- Complete multipoint inspections
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership safety and service procedures
- Provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
