About The Position

Lewis Motor Co. is seeking a qualified Lube Technician to join our service team! As a Lube Technician, you will play a crucial role in the maintenance and care of our customers' vehicles. You will be responsible for performing oil changes, tire rotations, and other basic vehicle maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to delivering high-quality service to our customers.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Lube Technician or similar role is preferred
Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
Ability to operate standard automotive service equipment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with good communication skills
Valid driver's license
Good driving record for at least the last three years
Ability to pass a background check
Age 19 or older

Nice To Haves

Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus
ASE or similar certification is a bonus

Responsibilities

Perform routine automotive maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
Inspect vehicles for additional service needs and communicate findings to service advisors
Ensure all work is completed efficiently and accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
Assist other technicians and service personnel as needed
Stay current with industry trends and training
