Requirements

  • Ambitious, hardworking, and seeking advancement
  • 2 Years of Quick Lane Service Technician experience preferred
  • Ford Testing/Experience a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, enjoys having fun
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures
  • Able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
  • Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to pass a background check

Nice To Haves

  • Ford Testing/Experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and following dealership policies and procedures
  • Test-drive vehicles, verifying work and proper operation of systems, utilizing diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well-informed of any additional services needed
  • Utilize Shop Diagnostic Tech if you Need Assistance
  • Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs
  • Executing repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
  • Grow your Skills while being Part of a Productive and Professional Shop
