About The Position

As Quick Lane Service Manager, you’ll drive a fast-moving, profitable service operation by aligning people, process, and performance targets. You’ll set department forecasts, build and coach a high-output team, and keep a tight grip on budgets, reporting, and compliance—while ensuring technician time is consistently sold and service records stay flawless. Your morning kicks off with a quick scan of the prior day’s numbers—hours sold, productivity, and open tickets—then a rapid huddle to set the pace. The day stays dynamic: checking in on workflow, jumping in when a customer needs an on-the-spot answer, and keeping a close eye on estimates, follow-ups, and documentation as the shop hums. Between coordinating with parts on ETA updates and connecting with warranty for smooth processing, you’ll keep momentum high. You’ll carve out time for coaching moments, spot-checking finished work, and keeping the waiting area sharp—then wrap with a final look at results and tomorrow’s game plan.
