Anderson of St. Joseph seeks a full-time Quick Lane Service Advisor to add to our team of customer-centric professionals. Anderson Auto Group consists of eight retail locations in Nebraska and Missouri.

Requirements

Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
Above-average energy level, positive attitude
A desire for a long-term career with a growing organization
Personal and professional integrity
Able to stand for extended periods of time
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work in the U.S.
A valid driver’s license is also required.
As part of our application process, all applicants will be required to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Previous experience as a Service Advisor is a plus

Responsibilities

Promptly greet customers
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Clearly report all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage and vehicle history
Prepare a complete and accurate cost estimate for labor and parts
Establish follow-up time
Monitor progress of each vehicle's repair order and frequently update customers
Verify final invoices reconcile with work performed on repair orders
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
