About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Quick Lane Service Advisor to join our Hyundai dealership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values teamwork, and is passionate about delivering an outstanding customer experience. As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking maintenance and light repair services. You’ll help drive service lane efficiency while building trust and long-term relationships with our guests.

Requirements

  • Previous service advisor or automotive experience preferred (Quick Lane or Express Service experience a plus)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic automotive knowledge
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally
  • Write service repair orders accurately and efficiently
  • Recommend maintenance services based on vehicle needs and manufacturer guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with technicians and customers regarding service status
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
