About The Position
Ted Britt Ford Lincoln of Chantilly is seeking a motivated Quick Lane Technician to join a fast-paced, growing service department. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow in the automotive industry and advance into a mainline technician role. We are actively improving processes, expanding capacity, and building a high-performance culture.
Requirements
- Basic automotive experience preferred (tech school or prior shop experience a plus)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
- We are looking for someone hungry to improve — not someone looking to do the bare minimum.
Responsibilities
- Perform oil changes, tire rotations, and basic maintenance services
- Conduct multipoint inspections with accuracy and integrity
- Perform battery, brake, and light mechanical repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow dealership processes and safety standards
- Work efficiently in a team-based environment
