About The Position

Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of automotive maintenance? Jim Shorkey Youngstown is searching for a highly motivated Quick Lane Advisor to join our team! As a Quick Lane Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing a seamless and efficient experience for our customers while maximizing our service departments' profitability.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a fast-paced automotive environment (preferred).
Working knowledge of automotive maintenance a plus.
Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task effectively.
Must work Saturdays
Proficient in computer software applications (including Microsoft Office Suite).
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a pre screen drug test and background check

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, promptly assessing their needs.
Clearly explain service options and recommend appropriate maintenance services based on the customer's vehicle and driving habits.
Provide accurate estimates and timelines for service completion.
Assist customers with financing options (if applicable).
Process customer paperwork efficiently and accurately.
Ensure a clean and organized work environment.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
