About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Quick Lane Manager to lead our busy 5-bay operation averaging 500 repair orders per month. This role involves managing daily operations, leading and developing a team of technicians and advisors, driving customer satisfaction and retention, and improving productivity, sales, and profitability while maintaining Ford and dealership standards.

Requirements

• Automotive service management experience preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven track record in customer service and team performance

Nice To Haves

• Ford experience is a plus
• Reynolds Ignite experience is a plus
