About The Position
Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Lube Technician to join their Service team at Kendall Auto Mall of Nampa. This is an entry-level technician position with no experience required. The Service Department operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients throughout the community. The ideal candidate enjoys working with their hands and has an aptitude for mechanics. Our technicians are expected to be high-level professionals with strong attention to detail to ensure work is done correctly the first time, contributing to outstanding customer service ratings. Kendall Auto Group is a family-owned and operated company with dealerships across multiple states, known for its commitment to customer experience and community stewardship.
Requirements
- Ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles (automatic and manual transmissions).
- Valid driver's license.
- Good driving record.
Responsibilities
- Performing basic maintenance on service vehicles.
- Inspecting, replenishing, draining, and filling fluids and lubricants.
- Balancing and rotating tires.
- Performing vehicle inspections.
- Completing basic brake repairs.
- Documenting all work per manufacturer and Kendall standards.
