About The Position

Kendall Auto Group is seeking a Quick Lane Service Advisor to join their Service team at Kendall Ford Vancouver. This role operates in a fast-paced environment, serving clients and acting as the first point of contact for customers in the service department. The goal is to build lifelong service customers. The ideal candidate will have high-level customer service experience, strong time management, work ethics, and communication skills, with the ability to make recommendations and prioritize customer needs.

Requirements

Valid driver's license
Good driving record

2 years of service writing experience

Responsibilities

Interfacing with customers, technicians, and salespersons to identify and sell vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Verifying work was properly performed and diagnosed.
Researching vehicle history to make educated recommendations.
Inputting and maintaining customer information.
Completing work tasks in an efficient and organized manner.
Using telephone, email, and chat systems to communicate with customers.
Scheduling service appointments.
